Talent Garden’s mission is to empower People & Organizations by creating relevant Learning & Networking opportunities in the Digital Ecosystem. Today, Talent Garden has 18 campuses in 8 countries hosting thousands of talented people, including startups, freelancers, companies and large corporations.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong understanding of React, Next.js, and their best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications while collaborating with a talented team of developers.

As a Frontend Developer your main task will be designing & building interesting stuff like learning and networking enabling infrastructure using JavaScript in cloud environments.

We built our Development team remote from the beginning with only one rule: we’d like to have people near to one of our 18 campuses around the Europe so they can meet colleagues whenever they want.

✌🏻 What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable web applications using React, Next.js, and their best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Adhere to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues that arise during development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
